In addition to working with buyers, Barbara is a Listing Specialist at Team Waystack Realty. Barbara has been a Realtor for 10 years and is a multi million dollar producer.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Barbara spent 30 years with Avon Products, first in advertising and public relations and later in sales management. Her final assignment was covering Cape Cod and the Islands--Barbara knows the entire cape market. During this time, she lead her group to the top 10% in sales increase in the country 7 times.
A strong believer in giving back to the community, Barbara is very involved in Meals-on-Wheels and the Council on Aging, for which she is currently Board Chair. She is also a participant in the Emergency Management Volunteer Team.
Cheryl is an Accredited Buyers Representative and Home Staging Consultant. As well as working with Buyers looking for that special Cape Cod home, Cheryl works with the Team listing agents and their Sellers in preparing their home for sale. Cheryl also co-chairs the Harwich Realtors Tour and is an active member of Pilgrim Congregational Church. She has lived in Harwich since 1996 with her husband and three children.
Kate Waystack is the newest addition to Team Waystack Realty and the third generation of Realtors in the Waystack family! Her grandfather Phil Waystack opened the office in 1984, the year before she was born. She was raised in Harwich after moving here at 10 months of age. She had now joined her father, Richard in the family business. Kate lives with her fiancé Nick and they are getting married in October.
As Client Service Manager for Team Waystack Realty, Debbie assists the agents and their clients in assuring a smooth and stress free transaction. Our clients may call her anytime for any reason, and she will see that their questions are answered, and their concerns are handled expeditiously. Clients may call Deb if their property needs brochures, if they want to change their showing instructions, or if they need copies of documents. Debbie will also reserve the Team Waystack Moving Van whenever it's convenient for them!
Debbie is a retired teacher who lives in Harwich with her husband, Steve. They have two grown sons who love to visit the Cape!
