Waystack is the owner of Team Waystack Realty, a boutique real estate office serving the lower Cape Cod market, specializing in the Towns of Harwich and Chatham. In 2001, Team Waystack Realty completed the acquisition of McKenna Real Estate, a 30 year Harwich business, to better serve its clients and customers. Richard has consistently been one of the top selling brokers in Harwich.Richard is a two time past President of the Harwich Chamber of Commerce. He was also honored as the 1994 Cape Cod & Islands REALTOR of the Year. He was chosen from 1400 member of the REALTOR organization for outstanding commitment to and participation in local, state and national REALTOR association activities, community service, business accomplishments and faithfulness to the principles of the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics. Richard serves as the Chairman of the Harwich Assessors Board. He has been extensively quoted in a variety of media, and is widely noted as a local real estate expert.Richard resides in Harwich Port with his wife of 29 years, Bernadette, a local artist and Harwich Educator and has two children ages 25 and 28. -

She had now joined her father, Richard in the family business. Kate lives with her new husband, Nick, their dachshund Kali and cat Baloo.
